FIRST MOTION FOR THE SCHOOL BOARD TO ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION 5 JUNE 2019
Move that the members of the School Board go into a closed session for the purposes which are set out in subsection (A) of section 2.2-3711 of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, as amended for:
(a) Discussion or consideration of the performance of specific officers and employees of the Norfolk Public Schools, pursuant to subsection (1) of the above-cited Code section. The subjects of this section of the motion are a regular personnel docket of this date, and discussion of personnel action to be taken in connection with specific employees.
SECOND MOTION FOR THE SCHOOL BOARD TO ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION 5 JUNE 2019
Move that the members of the School Board go into a closed session for the purposes which are set out in subsection (A) of section 2.2-3711 of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, as amended for:
(a) Discussion or consideration of the performance of specific officers and employees of the Norfolk Public Schools, pursuant to subsection (1) of the above-cited Code section. The subject of this section of the motion is discussion of the performance and annual evaluation of the superintendent.
